RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing our store for your purchase. We have a 14 return policy for all purchased from us. To eligible for a return, the item must be in good condition and returned within 14 days of delivery. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this.

RETURNS SHIPPING

When returning items, please note that the shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Kindly ensure that the items are shipped back to us in their original condition. Thank you for understanding.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Send us your cancellation request to info@fotinikaragianni.com as soon as possible.​Sorry but we can't make any changes on your order after you've placed it. However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead.
